Alpha-MethylTryptamine
Alpha-MethylTryptamine — Alpha-MethylTryptamine Freebase, is also known as AMT, aMT and scientifically as 2-(1H-indol-3-yl)-1-methyl-ethylamine.
AMT is a tryptamine with methyl substituent at the alpha carbon. aMT is closely related to the neurotransmitter seretonin, and in very small but active doses is a relatively balanced releasing agent of norepinephrine, dopamine and seretonin.
AMT was first studied as an anti-depressant in the late 1960's under trade names indopan and monase. Its continued study for the past 50 years has brought it back into the limelight and has now made it more readily available for research institutions and chemists.
This product is a research chemical and strictly NOT for human consumption.
